The Role: As a Senior HR Leader, you will be responsible for the HR Operations and serving our Employees. This includes the development of Employee KPIs, Career Path Development, Hiring Strategy, Talent Acquistion and Growth. In addition, this leader is instrumental in identifying process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience and HR service delivery, and recommending suitable HR tools and solutions. This leader shall process own HR analytics and metrics for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, with strong front-line execution, strategic alignment, and positive Quanvex Way aligned culture
- Build and execute the HR Operations strategy and vision for highly unique, field workforce.
- Drive the execution of the employee experience processes and tools aligned with key stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, and cross functional partners.
- Maintain an integrated roadmap for digital initiatives, in close collaboration with IT, that enable the HR and employee systems and process landscape.
- Manage and support the delivery and implementation of projects across a range of focus areas including statutory changes and requirements, expansion into new and existing locations, and HR initiatives.
- Partner across business groups, building cross cultural relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- With a Lean mindset, drive continuous improvement in core HR processes and tools, and standardization of processes with automation.
- Partner with leadership on short term and long-term workforce forecasting, planning and hiring.
- Process own the HR Bowler for the business, with core HR metrics fulfillment, progress, and tracking.
- Serve as a thought leader on future of work, HR ops and analytics, service delivery and other topics.
- Serve as a core partner on standard work, kaizens, and other initiatives in HR.
- Help shape the future of HR in the business, including headcount optimization and productivity, simplification and improvements.
- Support HR Operations, Employee experience, change management, and communications initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and develop opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build HR Programs and Compliance on salient labor law policies, include policy updates, communication, and roll out where needed
- Responsible for Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage multiple initiatives at once, including project tasks, budget, and timeline.
- Travel may be required within Egypt to different office locations.
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive HR Operations organizational purpose, in line with the Quanvex Way.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or other related field
- Minimum 5+ experience in similar role.
- Strong knowledge of country Labor and Statutory Laws
- Significant experience in Operations, Lean, Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field required.
- Experience with leading and developing multi-discipline teams.
- English proficiency required

- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
- Lean or six sigma certified
