Job Description
- Create job descriptions & job requirements.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Handle the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan and including ad-hoc positions.
- Develop a candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
- Update recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Advertise all vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationship with high potential candidates
- Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery
Job Requirements
- Above 5 years Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Resident Near New Cairo (5th settlement).
