Job Description
- Cooperate in setting and maintaining the annual manpower plan through coordinating with departments heads to identify recruitment needs and ensure the execution.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
- Prepare orientation to the new employees to explain University strategy, policies, and work environment.
- Develop University policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
- Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
- Responsible for analyzing workload across all departments to ensure a fair and efficient allocation of tasks.
- Prioritizing work based on organizational needs and performance analysis.
- Providing assistance with any requirements related to the Human Resources Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in OD and recruitment.
- Human Resources Certificates are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Excellent Excel User and ERP.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
