Job Description
- We are looking for HR Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
- The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching, and manage employee development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of personnel.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and databases; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
