Job Description

  • We are looking for HR Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
  • This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching, and manage employee development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of personnel.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and databases; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
