Our law firm in North Vancouver, BC, Canada is growing fast and we’re hiring a Egypt-based Client Intake Process Coordinator to add to our Client Acquisition team.
To be eligible for this position:
- You must live in Egypt
- Speak and write both Arabic and English fluently. (C1/C2 English proficiency)
- Be willing to work in Vancouver time (9am-5pm, M-F, some weekends on rare occasion, Pacific Standard Time - [UTC/GMT -7 hour)
- You will report to our Client Acquisition Manager, who is also based in Egypt
What you’ll be doing: Your job will be to take responsibility for initial client lead follow-up, assignments to legal staff and maintenance of our CRM system. This job also is also responsible to make sure the client lead acquisition workflow is fine-tuned to promote maximum lead engagement.
Your job’s goal: To serve as compassionate gatekeeper and efficient facilitator—building trust and setting the stage for positive, long lasting attorney-client relationships.
What you’ll do day to day:
- Engage client leads in a timely manner to ensure maximum engagement, following up when necessary.
- Organize the client lead data in our CRM, making sure the app is up to date with accurate information.
- Assign client leads in a timely manner to our group of lawyers and legal professionals, following up when necessary.
- Maintain and generate CRM reports and check-in regularly to the Client Acquisition Manager.
- Identify workflow improvements for our Client Acquisition funnel, focusing on the CRM processes.
- Work along side our Client Acquisition Manager, Community Outreach Coordinator, Media buyers and others to create and present a unified client acquisition effort.

- Being organized so you can manage our client lead acquisition funnel is an efficient manner.
- Being able to communicate effectively with our client leads so we can maximize engagement. This includes speaking on the phone, via chat and email to client leads.
You’ll also need to have these skills:
- Ability to exercise empathy and compassion, connecting with clients at a personal level.
- Ability to actively listen to our client lead’s concerns, be able to ask relevant questions, demonstrate understanding, and foster trust.
- Ability to handle client lead’s information in a discreet and professional manner, maintaining high business ethics and professionalism with your work.
- Ability to problem solve and respond to changes quickly.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
You’ll need at least 2 years experience in these things to be considered for this job:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Click Up or similar apps
- Experience following up on client leads in a professional business environment, including on the phone, chat or via email. (Candidates with experience working with lawyers, accountants or other business consultants will be preferred)
- Experience with office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak with diverse clients.
- Experience working with a client acquisition team in a business environment.
Monthly compensation: 20,000 EGP / month, we are seeking a long-term independent contractor arrangement with the successful candidate.
