Job Description

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
  • Present, promote, and sell EITS Group’s household ware and hotel supplies to prospective B2B clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA or hospitality supplies sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies targeting hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
