Job Description

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in B2B sales management .
- Proven experience in Consumer goods and Horeca sales sectors .
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Experience working in an on-site (office-based) environment.
