Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CPay Sales Consultant to join our team at CPay approaching Individuals (Parents/Trainees). You will be focusing on our innovative Payment Management System (CPay), which allows parents to seamlessly manage educational fees through different options (Finance, Installments, etc..). With a solid background in sales within the banking or FinTech sector, you will play a critical role in expanding our user base, consumption and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Marketing Execution: Support planning and lead implementation of online and offline marketing initiatives to boost C-Pay’s presence.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales with existing school customers, focusing on parent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Use analytics to design innovative sales tactics that improve parent interaction and commitment.
- Content Development: Oversee content creation for social media and print media.
- Partner Relations: Act as the main liaison with Payment Service Providers and FinTech partners, from follow-up to closing deals and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Participate in meetings with educational institutions and parents to strengthen relationships and promote C-Pay’s services.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Campaign Management: In collaboration with the Marketing team, evaluate and optimize campaigns targeting end-users.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute school events to engage and educate parents about C-Pay.
