We are looking for Client Relationship executive to join us at KTS international company
As a Part of our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Conduct in-depth consultations to ask the precise questions needed to fully understand the client's unique lifestyle, challenges, and unexpressed desires.
Relationship Management:
-Foster long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and objectives and providing tailored solutions.
-Provide white-glove follow-up during the fulfillment process, keeping the client informed and assured that every detail is being handled.
-Conduct follow-up after every request to ensure complete satisfaction and to gather feedback, turning a single transaction into a lasting impression.
-Personalized Relationship Nurturing as Building genuine, strong relationships. Remember important personal details, life events, anniversaries, and occasions to proactively check in and offer relevant services, demonstrating that we see them as people, not just clients.
Communication:
-Conduct regular requests with clients, gather feedback, and prepare presentations to showcase services.
-Exceptional Emotional Intelligence as being fantastic listener who can read between the lines and ask the questions that uncover true needs.
-High Quality internal communication between departments like operations and accounting to handle the client requests, reservations and invoices.
Sales Generation:
identify and grow opportunities within the client base, collaborating with sales and branding teams to align strategies.
masterfully articulate the ROI of our service, confidently justifying our premium pricing by connecting it directly to the client's saved time, reduced stress, and enhanced quality of life. Skillfully handle objections with grace and facts.
Job Requirements
- All candidates must speak English language fluently.
- Proven experience in a direct sales b2c , luxury sales managements ,Client Success, or High-Touch Customer Service role. (Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end retail is a huge plus).
- A customer-obsessed mindset. You are passionate about providing impeccable service and building genuine relationships.
- impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. You are professional, articulate, and precise.
