Asia Academy is a leading training center specializing in parenting, emotional intelligence, marital communication, and personal development. With over 12 years of experience and a strong reputation in the region, we deliver high-impact workshops and courses that help individuals and families grow, connect, and thrive.
We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Sales Specialist to help us reach more individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving leads from the Marketing team, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our training courses (in both Arabic and English).
This is a B2C role focused on connecting directly with customers, individuals, and community members who are exploring personal development or parenting support — not B2B or corporate sales.
The ideal candidate will engage incoming leads, build trust through thoughtful conversations, and guide potential clients toward the course or workshop that fits them best — in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive leads from the Marketing department and promptly reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
- Present and sell our training courses to potential clients, ensuring they understand how each course meets their needs.
- Utilize CRM system (GHL) to track and manage client interactions, maintain up-to-date records, and generate clear, timely reports for the Marketing team.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team by offering feedback and insights to help optimize social media advertisements.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Fast learner with a genuine passion for continuous self-improvement.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers.
- Friendly, approachable personality that builds rapport easily.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Quick response time and flexibility in addressing daily challenges.
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent work experience will also be considered. Proven track record in personal development course sales is preferred.
