Job Description
- Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings with B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, schools, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, turning them into long-term partners.
- Develop and pitch customized travel packages to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, deals, and partnership terms.
- Represent Real Egypt in client meetings, trade fairs, and events.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track sales activities and report performance using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
- Based in Cairo with flexibility to work in-office and attend meetings.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Passion for Egyptian history and culture.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and online booking platforms is an advantage.
