Job Description
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients within the food-service and retail sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management.
- Represent Quanta at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian food-service and retail market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
