We are looking for a sophisticated and dedicated to serve as the primary point of contact for our established B2B clients.

Our mission is to nurture and deepen these valuable relationships by delivering flawless service, ensuring all client needs are not just met, but anticipated and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Client Partnership: Serve as the main, trusted point of contact for your portfolio of corporate clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.

2-Request Management: Expertly receive, clarify, and action all client requests and inquiries related to travel and concierge services.

manage all aspects of the client account, including generating and sending payment links, tracking invoices, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Proactively check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, identify new ways to provide value, and secure contract renewals.

uphold our legendary standard of service with every interaction, ensuring a 5-star experience that results in extremely high client retention rates.

3- service Coordination: Act as the liaison between the client and our internal team of concierge specialists and travel experts to ensure seamless execution of all tasks.

And any related tasks to B2B accounts.

Job Requirements

All candidates must speak English language fluently.
Proven experience in a B2B Account Management, Client Success, or High-Touch Customer Service role. (Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end retail is a huge plus).
A customer-obsessed mindset. You are passionate about providing impeccable service and building genuine relationships.
