Job Description
The Account Manager – Chain Pharmacies is responsible for managing and growing Unyva’s business with leading pharmacy chains across Cairo & Giza. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, and executing trade agreements and promotional activities. The position plays a key role in strengthening Unyva’s presence within the pharmacy channel and achieving sales and distribution targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within chain pharmacies in Cairo & Giza to maximize product placement and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and promotional activities tailored to each pharmacy chain.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on account status, growth opportunities, and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective pharmacy chains.
- Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives, product launches, and in-store activations to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting the pharmacy retail sector.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Represent Unyva at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and foster new connections.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical/cosmetics or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, particularly with chain pharmacies or retail partners.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
