Job Description
Account Manager (E-commerce/Fashion) — Ops-Hybrid
- Type: Full-time · Location: Cairo (Hybrid/Remote)
- We help fashion D2C brands scale from 500k to 2M EGP/month in 90 days.
Role
- Own day-to-day delivery for 3–5 clients. Turn strategy into weekly tasks, run the client rhythm, coordinate Creative/CRM/Data/Media Buying, and keep KPIs green.
What you’ll do
- Run the weekly client call and send a clear recap within 12 hours.
- Break the 90-day plan into sprints and weekly tasks (Asana/Notion).
- Unblock owners and keep deadlines moving (no blockers >48h).
- Update the dashboard weekly (Revenue, MER/ROAS, AOV, CVR).
- Coordinate creative briefs/approvals; ensure ≥3 live tests/week.
- Work with Data lead to keep GA4/GTM/CAPI ≥95% health.
- Maintain clean SOPs and communication in Slack.
- Flag risks early (inventory, lead times, cashflow) and drive actions.
KPIs
- SLA: 100% weekly deliverables on time; 0 blockers >48h
- Client health: NPS ≥ 8
- Cadence: Weekly call + recap; dashboard updated by Thu 6 pm
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and business priorities.
- Comfort with numbers and growth metrics (MER/ROAS/AOV/CVR).
- Tools: Shopify, GA4, Meta/TikTok Ads (coordination), Klaviyo/WhatsApp, Asana/ClickUp, Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
- Nice to have: Apparel supply-chain exposure, basic GTM/CAPI troubleshooting, UGC/Direct-Response literacy.
