Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key industrial accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert product recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ maintenance and production needs.
  • Conduct regular client visits and consultations to understand operational challenges and propose value-added solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles, preferably within the industrial or B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of industrial maintenance products, solutions, or related technical fields.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
