Job Description
- Update rates and availability on OTAs daily.
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates.
- Respond to online booking inquiries quickly.
- Create and launch online promotions.
- Track and report online sales weekly.
- Ensure rate parity across all channels.
- Improve hotel ranking on OTA platforms.
- Upload and update room photos and descriptions.
- Manage and respond to online guest reviews.
- Support direct booking campaigns on the website and WhatsApp.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in revenue management, e-commerce, or OTA account management.
- Familiarity with channel managers, CRS, and PMS .
- Excellent Excel and data presentation skills.
