As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who aligns with our bold vision and mission.

This role involves managing our marketing strategies, managing objectives, and expanding online sales. The ideal candidate will not only implement strategies but also expand our online presence and maximize sales across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and paid ads.
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget adjustments.
identify target audiences and create tailored marketing initiatives.

2. Social Media Marketing & Content:

Develop and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Track key social media KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Grow our brand's reach, influence, and sales, generating new leads and subscribers.
Collaborate with designers, ensure consistency across all visual elements, maintaining a cohesive look and feel that reflects the brand's mission and vision.
Develop compelling and creative content for emails, website pages, and social media.
Ensure all marketing copy aligns with brand voice and messaging.
Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads):

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads. (knowledge of Linkedin Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Analyze ad performance, adjust budgets, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost conversions.

4. WhatsApp Business Management:

Launch and manage WhatsApp business funnels and strategies, linking them with landing pages.
Execute effective sales campaigns over WhatsApp for various markets and customer avatars.
Set and achieve clear sales targets for the WhatsApp business.

5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lead nurturing).
Use automation tools (Zoho CRM) to create personalized email sequences & segmentation strategies.
Track open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates to improve performance.

6. Collaboration & Innovation:

Work with designers, content creators, and developers to create high-performing digital assets.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, tools, technologies and industry best practices.
Experiment with new marketing techniques to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.

7. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance.
Generate reports and insights to improve marketing strategies.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, CTRs, CPC, engagement rates, and ROI.
