Job Description
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT solutions space.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline, from lead identification to closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, technical support, and delivery) to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on IT solutions or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
