Job Description
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, especially international restaurants and QSR chains.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to maximize company profitability.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose effective growth strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management.
Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong track record in managing international restaurants/QSR chains accounts (mandatory).
- Excellent skills in negotiation, key account management, and business development.
- Target-driven with consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
