HeadMost HR Outsourcing is hiring!
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Account Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the HR outsourcing & recruitment sector.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close B2B accounts (focus on retail, call centers, industrial & services).
- Build and manage long-term client relationships; act as the main point of contact.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service quality.

- Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
