Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-achieving culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales metrics.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- Experience in 3D Printers or 3D Scanners R&D Central a must.
- Planning Production Management BG
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a sales management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Experience in setting and achieving strategic sales goals
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- MBA is a plus
