Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the petroleum services and pipes trading sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements to achieve company targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management for strategic planning.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the petroleum, industrial, or Steel Structural, Pipes, or Firefighting sectors
- Max Age 35
- Preferred to have a Car
- Bachelor of Business or Administration
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Very Good in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
