Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the petroleum services and pipes trading sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements to achieve company targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management for strategic planning.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the petroleum, industrial, or Steel Structural, Pipes, or Firefighting sectors
  • Max Age 35
  • Preferred to have a Car
  • Bachelor of Business or Administration
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Very Good in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
