Job Description
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Candidates currently working as Sales Team Leaders or Sales Supervisors are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
