Job Description

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and investors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with marketing to generate leads and promote company properties.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Candidates currently working as Sales Team Leaders or Sales Supervisors are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • English proficiency (any level acceptable based on role needs.
