Location: Remote | Based in Egypt


Do you have a great English-speaking voice and real phone skills?

We’re looking for experienced phone sales reps who know how to build trust in seconds, ask the right questions, and close for the appointment.

 

Our U.S.-based real estate company is scaling up. We need appointment setters who are:

  • Fluent and confident in English
  • Able to handle 100+ calls a day with energy and empathy
  • Obsessed with hitting goals and earning bonuses
  • Experienced in outbound sales or setting appointments

 

This is NOT:

  • Mindless dialing
  • Customer service
  • Waiting around for people to call you

 

This IS:

  • Proactive calling homeowners in the U.S.
  • Qualifying them
  • Booking meetings that lead to deals

 

Compensation:

  • Base: $8 USD/hr
  • With bonuses: $10–$13/hr+ total average earnings
  • The better your appointments, the more you earn

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within real estate.
  • Speak fluent English (native or near-native).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and online.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and time zones.
