Job Description
- Respond to inbound/warm leads quickly; qualify motivation, condition, timeline, and price.
- Book appointments for closers; send confirmations and reminders to minimize no-shows.
- Record all calls, outcomes, and notes in CRM with accurate tagging and status updates.
- Re-engage stalled leads through “Not Interested” & “Rehash” follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Cold Callers and Acquisitions to improve show and close rates.
- Trigger compliant SMS/email follow-ups; reschedule missed appointments promptly.
- Identify stuck deals daily, propose solutions, and escalate blockers.
- Provide daily/weekly reporting on key metrics (set → show → offer → contract).
