We’re now strengthening our presence in the GCC and are hiring an Account Executive based in Egypt to support some of the most ambitious companies and leadership teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and across the Gulf.
Your Mission:
- Own and nurture client relationships in the GCC region from onboarding through delivery and renewal
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients gain maximum value from our programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, sessions, and deliverables.
- Monitor client success metrics, identify risks, upsell opportunities, and maintain high retention rates.
- Lead generation efforts by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
- Draft and present tailored proposals and scope of work for prospective clients
- Manage deal calls, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Provide ongoing client support, strategic advice, and success management to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Delivery — ideally in consulting, SaaS, or business services.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives or fast-growing teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and autonomy — you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
- Based in MENA , with a strong understanding of GCC business culture.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
