Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Present and promote Trademan Engineering and Trading Consultants’ services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing client concerns promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the engineering or consulting sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
