Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Present and promote Trademan Engineering and Trading Consultants’ services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing client concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the engineering or consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Both male and female candidates are welcomed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
