Talk to warm seller leads all day
Negotiate, build trust, and lock up land deals
Work inside our CRM (Follow Up Boss) and tools (Zillow, DataTree, etc.)
Be held to real KPIs and paid well when you crush them

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, loves talking to people, and wants to earn based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound seller leads using Follow Up Boss CRM
Qualify prospects, build rapport, and uncover motivation using a proven script and sales flow
Negotiate offers confidently with property owners and lock up deals
Run comps using tools like Priced, MapRight, Zillow, and DataTree to determine accurate property values
Coordinate with our lead manager, transaction coordinator, and disposition team to push deals across the finish line
Consistently update CRM tasks, lead stages, and communication logs
Hit weekly performance KPIs including:
Signed contracts
Offers sent
Time-to-follow-up
Attend daily team huddles and weekly pipeline reviews
