Talk to warm seller leads all day
Negotiate, build trust, and lock up land deals
Work inside our CRM (Follow Up Boss) and tools (Zillow, DataTree, etc.)
Be held to real KPIs and paid well when you crush them

Lot of Land, Inc. is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in buying and selling vacant land across the U.S. We run a lean, KPI-driven operation and are looking for a highly motivated Closer to join our acquisitions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, loves talking to people, and wants to earn based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound seller leads using Follow Up Boss CRM
- Qualify prospects, build rapport, and uncover motivation using a proven script and sales flow
- Negotiate offers confidently with property owners and lock up deals
- Run comps using tools like Priced, MapRight, Zillow, and DataTree to determine accurate property values
- Coordinate with our lead manager, transaction coordinator, and disposition team to push deals across the finish line
- Consistently update CRM tasks, lead stages, and communication logs
- Hit weekly performance KPIs including:
- Signed contracts
- Offers sent
- Time-to-follow-up
- Attend daily team huddles and weekly pipeline reviews
Job Requirements
- PERFECT ENGLISH WITH PERFECT ACCENT
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or high-ticket closing
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with CRM and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, FUB)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
- Organized, consistent, and accountable to performance metrics
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on seller motivation and objections
- Self-motivated, independent, and coachable
- Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or high-ticket closing
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with CRM and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, FUB)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
- Organized, consistent, and accountable to performance metrics
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on seller motivation and objections
- Self-motivated, independent, and coachable
- What Success Looks Like:
- You’re taking leads from warm to closed contract within 7–21 days
- You’re closing 3–5 deals per month consistently
- You’re owning your pipeline and staying ahead of follow-ups
- You’re bringing creative solutions to sellers (price, terms, seller finance)
- You’re growing with the team and taking on leadership opportunities
