Job Description

  •  We’re Hiring! Sales Engineer – ABB LV Products (Wholesale & Retail Channel) | Egypt 
  • As an Authorized Distributor for ABB Low Voltage (LV) Products in Egypt, we are expanding our commercial team to better serve the wholesale and retail electrical market.
  • We’re looking for Sales Engineers who are passionate about electrical products, understand the dynamics of the Egyptian wholesale market, and are ready to build strong partnerships with electrical traders, wholesalers, and retail shops.
  • Position: Sales Engineer – LV Products
  • Location: Egypt (preferably Cairo with nationwide mobility)
  • Channel Focus: Electrical Wholesalers, Traders, and Retailers
  • Product Line: ABB Low Voltage Products (MCBs, MCCBs, Contactors, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for the wholesale and retail market
  • Identify, onboard, and grow business with electrical traders and wholesalers across Egypt
  • Expand geographical coverage through deep market mapping and penetration into underserved areas
  • Build long-term relationships with the channel network to drive ABB product visibility and pull-through sales
  • Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence
  • Prepare quotations, close deals, and achieve sales targets
  • Support resellers with product knowledge, marketing materials, and promotional offers
  • Coordinate with ABB for stock availability, technical support, and commercial alignment

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in LV electrical product sales, ideally through wholesale/distribution channels
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt’s electrical retail and wholesale market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
