Job Summary
The Sales Representative – Paints & Plastics Sector is responsible for executing the full sales cycle for performance chemical products, from client prospecting to product trial, pricing negotiation, and closing. This role requires technical engagement with client production teams, factory visits to oversee product trials, and follow-up collecting client evaluation reports. The Sales Representative must maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and generate new business by identifying opportunities and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in paints and plastics polymers or performance chemicals industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of paints and plastics processing and chemical applications.
- Client Management: Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Reporting & Organization: Strong reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Workload Management: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
