Job Description
The Presales Chemical Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the sales team across all sectors (Textile, Paints, Plastics, PU Foam) by providing technical expertise during client engagements. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering technical presentations, overseeing product trials at client sites, and acting as the technical point of contact to address client inquiries and objections. The primary goal is to build client confidence in the proposed solutions and enable successful deal closures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical applications and industrial production processes.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt technical solutions to client needs.
- Organized, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
