Job Description
- Evaluate new raw materials
- Modify the existing products as per marketing or sales needs
- Monitoring of new formulation in production process
- Reporting test results and technical reports related to new products or modifications
- Keeping the requirements of ISO 17025 accreditation
- Assist in preparing new formulations
- Responsible for technical support for new product development or Solving problems in the market
- Corrective action for production operation problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in R&D.
- Basic knowledge of paints, coatings, resins, pigments, and additives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
