Position Overview:-
The Planning Engineer/Specialist will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling production and project schedules within the electrical panel manufacturing facility. The role ensures efficient coordination between design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery stages, aiming to achieve on-time and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production and project schedules for low and medium voltage electrical panels (MDB, SMDB, MCC, Capacitor Bank, ATS, etc.).
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams to align schedules with approved drawings and customer specifications.
- Integrate procurement timelines (busbars, breakers, sheet metal, accessories) into overall plans.
- Monitor fabrication, painting, assembly, wiring, and testing activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Track and report production progress against targets, highlighting delays and proposing recovery actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Ensure resource allocation (manpower, machines, tools) is optimized for production efficiency.
- Support in delivery planning and logistics coordination.
- Assist in capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in production or project planning, preferably in panel building, switchgear, or electrical manufacturing.
- MS Project or advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of panel manufacturing process flow (fabrication → painting → assembly → wiring → testing → dispatch).
- Understanding of Schneider similar panel systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
