Job Description
- Develop and implement detailed production plans to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align production schedules with material availability and quality standards.
- Monitor daily production activities, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, equipment availability, or unforeseen disruptions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout the production process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, workflow optimization, and resource management.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
