Production Engineer

. Plan and supervise production operations in alignment with company plans.
· Monitor the operation of production lines and resolve urgent technical or operational issues.
· Oversee product quality and ensure compliance with standard specifications.
· Prepare production schedules and assign tasks to workers and technicians.
· Improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
· Follow up on preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment readiness.
· Submit regular reports to management on productivity, waste rates, and operational issues.
· Adhere to occupational health and safety standards within the factory.
· Contribute to the training and development of the technical team and workers.
· Participate in quality improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
