Job Description
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations.
- Analyze and prepare documents needed for production
- Conduct data analysis and decision-making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Creates production schedule and prioritizes job orders for production optimization.
- Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectations.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
- Create monthly production plans, raw material plans, delivery follow-up, and inventory control reports.
- Compare sales forecast and production capacity for each production line to know the possibility of achieving the sales plan.
- Daily follow-up on production orders closing
- Daily reporting on hand stock including production availability.
- Daily monitoring of shift performance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in production engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- From 2 to 3 years of previous experience in the manufacturing field.
- Very Good communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
