Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks in petroleum storage and handling operations.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
- Perform routine site inspections and audits to verify adherence to HSE standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and support the development of emergency preparedness plans.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required HSE reports and permits.
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing HSE performance data and implementing proactive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a resident of Suez.
- Experience in the Oil &Gas Field is a Must
- Responsible in Safety and Fire Chief.
- BSC of Engineering ( Mechanical / Chemical ) or BSC Science ( Chemistry ) Not Electrical .
- Minimum 5 years of experience & not more than 8 years by Max. at Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
Most Important Requirements:
- Firefighting / Fire Chief Certificate / NFPA fire inspector certificate.
- HSE Certificate, Nebosh.
- ISO Management (QMS, EMS & SMS).
- Onshore and not offshore
