Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to resolve production issues.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

Prepare and present production reports, metrics, and analysis to management.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production line.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process improvements.
Identify and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow optimization.
Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
