Job Description
- Provide functional and technical support to SAP end users, with a primary focus on Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
- Configure and customize PP and MM modules to address business requirements, optimize supply chain and production processes, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between PP, MM and other modules such as QM and WM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, escalating complex cases to consultants when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Develop and design reports, layouts, and system outputs that support business decision-making.
- Monitor SAP mail notifications and act promptly to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP support, with proven expertise in PP and MM modules.
- Knowledge of QM and WM modules is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Background in Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Residency in 6th of October City or nearby areas is an advantage.
