Planning Section Head

Job Objective:

Responsible for planning raw materials, packaging materials, and the production plan to achieve the sales plan for third-party customers, both local and export, within the specified timeframe.

Job Responsibilities:

Setting the department’s annual objectives with the planning team in alignment with the company’s main goals.

Preparing the budget for the upcoming year’s sales plan requirements (raw materials, packaging, printed materials, etc.), as well as preparing the department’s own budget.

Following up on customer supply orders and ensuring they are executed on time.

Monitoring the production plan and tracking its implementation.

Reviewing reports on completed production and achievements compared to confirmed supply orders for each customer, and sending them to the Planning Department Manager.
