Job Description
- Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, purchasing, sales) to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout and organization based on best practices.
- Lead and manage the warehouse team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse.
- Operate and maintain warehouse management systems and ERP software for accurate data recording and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or medical environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
