Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of FMCG products.
- Monitor inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety &productivity.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Handle escalated issues related to inventory discrepancies, damages, or customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management in Logistics filed is a must within FMCG is preferred .
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse settings.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
