Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of telecom SIM card billing for tracking systems, as well as the maintenance and installation of tracking devices.
- Handle the request and purchase of tracking devices and SIM cards for newly added fleet vehicles.
- Fully coordinate with tracking service providers regarding new contracts and management of existing devices.
- Responsible for calculating fuel consumption rates, identifying discrepancies, analyzing their causes, and providing regular explanatory reports.
- Prepare and implement the monthly plan for vehicle license renewals, collect the required documents, and follow up until completion.
- Coordinate with Total to issue and renew fuel cards, adjust credit limits for each card, and analyze fuel consumption through the system.
- Monitor tracking devices: install devices for new vehicles, follow up on malfunctions or damages, and generate daily overspeed reports.
- Provide departments or clients with any operational or fleet-related reports upon request.
- Regularly notify the Operations Department of license renewal dates or suspension of unrenewed vehicles via email and group communication.
- Monitor the GPS tracking system 24/7 through control room staff, including:
• Vehicle operation outside permitted hours
• Overspeeding
• Overnight parking locations
• Unjustified movements - Send weekly odometer readings for Vodafone Voice Limousine, calculate Voice and Egypt kilometers monthly, and submit them to the Finance Department.
- Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the department’s work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret fuel consumption and operational data.
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and related reporting.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tracking systems management or vehicle licensing.
Special Skills: Proficiency in computer use.
