Job Description
•Receiving all maintenance requests from operations and scheduling repair according to company policies
• Follow up daily repair process (walk in & carry over)
• Pre technical approvals of repair and mentoring all maintenance expenditure around month to avoid exceed vehicles budget
• Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed
• Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules
•Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
• Support implementation of fleet policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field .
•5–7 years in vehicle or fleet ( Light Trucks) maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
