Lead and oversee all maintenance operations (Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities) for the plant to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.
Supervise, mentor, and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support seamless manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of spare parts and services.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment history using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed to specification and within agreed timelines.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, or automation issues as needed.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in maintenance management within the plastic or heavy machinery industry.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple maintenance projects.
