Job Description
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance of injection molding machines (preferably Haitian) and all auxiliary equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, and customer requirements.
- Lead, coach, and train production and maintenance teams to enhance technical capabilities and operational discipline.
- Monitor and drive performance against Production, Quality & Maintenance KPIs (OEE, downtime, efficiency, scrap rate, defect rate, MTTR/MTBF, etc.).
- Work closely with the Quality team to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely availability of critical items.
- Provide technical expertise during trials of new molds, machines, or materials.
- Prepare regular reports on machine performance, maintenance activities, production efficiency, and quality issues for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
-10–15 years of proven experience in plastic injection molding operations, with strong expertise in operating and maintaining Haitian injection molding machines (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
- Hands-on expertise in injection molding machines operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (Haitian machines preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems related to injection molding machines.
- Demonstrated success in achieving production excellence, quality standards, and implementing 5S / Lean methodologies.
- Experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
