About the job:
We’re looking for a full-time “HVAC - AC Operations Manager” to ensure the effective planning, execution, and management of HVAC operations while optimizing performance, maintaining compliance, and meeting the highest quality standards in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact point for AC aftersales service operations.
• Manage and supervise aftersales teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Distribution, Outsourcing).
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service cases effectively.
Identify and solve operational pain points to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of outsourcing partners.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and service quality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Proven track record in operational management with experience in project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills & Management abilities.
- Knowledge of distribution networks and service outsourcing.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams.
