Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of formwork design engineers.
- Develop and implement standardized methodologies for efficient formwork system designs.
- Design and review complex and custom formwork systems.
- Provide expertise in formwork design for a wide range of projects including bridges, industrial structures, and more.
- Optimize utilization of formwork materials to reduce costs and waste.
- Represent the company in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all designs meet safety and quality standards, as well as local and international codes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in civil / structural Engineering.
- 10+ years in formwork design & leadership roles.
- Mastery in AutoCAD, SAP2000/ETABS, Revit.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
